Free revisions

If something on the plan is wrong or missing, tell us. We correct the plan at no cost and send you new files.

A full refund for a drafting rejection

A drafting reason is a problem in our drawing. For example:

• A dimension, label or line on the plan is wrong.
• The plan is missing an item that the tier and options you ordered include.
• The plan is hard to read, or the scale or north arrow is wrong.

If a permit office or HOA rejects the plan for a reason like these, we first offer a free revision. If the revised plan is also rejected for a drafting reason, or if you prefer not to have a revision, we refund the full price of the order.

What the guarantee does not cover

• The office asks for a plan that is sealed or certified by an engineer or surveyor.
• The office asks for a boundary survey.
• The proposed project does not meet the code, for example a shed that is too close to a lot line or a pool in a buffer.
• The office asks for an item that was not in the tier or the options you ordered. We can add it as an upgrade.
• The information you gave us was wrong, for example the wrong address or a wrong measurement.

Our plans are not certified, are not sealed and are not a boundary survey. We cannot promise that a permit will be approved. Each office makes its own decision.

How to use the guarantee

1. Send the rejection notice, or a photo of it, to siteorders@siteplantoday.com. Include your order number.
2. We read the notice and tell you if the reason is a drafting reason.
3. We send a revised plan at no cost. If the revision does not solve the problem, we refund the order in full to your original payment method.
