Refunds and revisions

We want you to get a plan you can use. This page explains when you get your money back and how revisions work.

Before we start work

If you cancel before we start to draw your plan, we refund the full amount. Email siteorders@siteplantoday.com with your order number. After we start work, we cannot cancel the order, but revisions and the guarantee still apply.

Free revisions

Revisions are free. Reply to your delivery email and tell us what to change. A revision corrects or completes the plan you ordered. A new structure or option that was not in the order is an upgrade, and we tell you the price before we do the work.

Permit rejection for a drafting reason

If a permit office rejects the plan because of a problem in our drawing, we first offer a free revision. If that does not solve the problem, we refund the order in full. The guarantee page explains what is and is not covered.

Rush delivery

If you paid for rush delivery and we deliver after the rush time, we refund the rush fee. The time starts when we have your payment and the information we need to draw.

How refunds are paid

We refund to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Your bank can take several business days to show the refund.

Discount codes

A refund is for the amount you paid after any discount, such as the TODAY10 code.
