The floor plans show each level of the typical unit on your townhome layout. They come with the layout, so the unit on the site plan and the unit on the floor plans are the same. $99 per level.

Each level of the typical unit

A floor plan is a drawing of one level of a building, seen from above with the roof removed. It shows the rooms and the walls between them.

  • Each room, with its name and its size
  • Outside walls and inside walls
  • Doors and windows
  • The stair on each level
  • The garage, where the unit has one
  • Title block and scale

The price follows the unit

  • Unit with garage: 3 levels = $297.
  • Unit without garage: 2 levels = $198.

You pick garage or no garage when you order. The order page then shows the total.

Sizes are in feet, width by depth. They are concept sizes for planning.

Unit with garage

20 ft wide, 40 ft deep, 3 stories. About 2,136 sq ft heated. The garage is not heated and is not counted. 3 bedrooms, an office and 3.5 baths.
