Townhome elevations

An elevation is a flat drawing of one side of a building, as if you stand straight in front of it. We draw the front and the rear of the typical unit on your townhome layout. $99 per view.

What it is

The look of the unit, drawn to scale

A photo shows a building in perspective, so far parts look smaller. An elevation does not. Every part is at the same scale, so a reader can measure heights and widths.

Buyers, sellers and lenders use the elevations to see the size and the look of the units. Builders use them for a first price of the exterior work.

What each view shows

  • The outside shape of the unit
  • Floor levels and the total height
  • The roof shape
  • Exterior materials
  • Doors, windows and the garage door
  • Balcony and rail, where the unit has them
  • Grade line, title block and scale

A concept, not for construction. The elevations show a typical unit for planning. They are not an architectural or structural design, and they are not sealed.
