Privacy policy

This policy explains what information SitePlanToday collects, why we collect it, and who we share it with. SitePlanToday is a service of Williams Engineering, Inc.

Information we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the property address, the parcel ID, your project description and the options you choose.
• Files you upload: surveys, sketches, photos and plans.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Payment records: Stripe tells us that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: our hosting providers keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use your information to make and deliver your plan, to send order emails, to answer your questions, to process payments and refunds, and to keep records the law requires. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Address search

When you search for a Davidson County address, your browser sends the search directly to Metro Nashville's public GIS service to find the parcel. Metro's own policies apply to that request.

Service providers

We share information only with the companies that help us run the service:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Netlify and Cloudflare host the website, the order system and the stored files.

Each provider uses the information only to provide its service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order details and uploaded files for at least one year after the order, so we can make revisions and answer questions. We may keep order and payment records longer for tax and business records.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Stripe can use cookies on its payment page to prevent fraud.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email siteorders@siteplantoday.com. We delete what we can, but we keep records we must keep by law.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers. No system is completely secure, so please do not upload information that the plan does not need.

Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We can change this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the last change.
